The METASPEED EDGE TOKYO, Asics’ high-performance running shoe, is designed with a cadence in mind for runners who want to start fast and finish even faster. Runners wearing these shoes will be able to increase their speed by increasing their stride rate while conserving energy with every step.

The new FF LEAP foam technology is super lightweight and responsive. It is strategically positioned in the upper layer of the midsole to provide maximum cushioning and optimal energy return. The upper layer of the midsole contains FF TURBO PLUS foam. This configuration enhances the foam’s responsiveness while providing greater stability to prevent your heel from sinking mid-stride.

Thanks to a carbon plate, runners wearing these shoes will be able to conserve more energy while maintaining their pace during the final stages of the race. This feature will also help you push through the 30-km wall.

  • Outsole with ASICSGRIP coating: The ASICS outsole ensures optimal traction on all surfaces.
  • The solution-dyeing process used to manufacture the insole reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing methods
