Nike has made the midsole, outsole, and upper lighter than those of the Vaporfly 3, without sacrificing performance. The result? A lighter running shoe that delivers better propulsion and remains reliable throughout the entire race.

Lighter Upper | The woven mesh reduces the shoe’s weight while providing more consistent support.

Lighter Foam | Nike has made Nike ZoomX, its most responsive foam,lighter. From heel to toe, it delivers better energy return thanks to a slightly thinner midsole, for enhanced responsiveness.

Carbon Fiber Flyplate | The full-length carbon fiber Flyplate has a steeper angle compared to the Vaporfly 3. With its reduced heel-to-forefoot drop, it delivers an exceptional propulsion feel.

Lighter Outsole | Nike has made the outsole lighter by using a thinner rubber compound.
