The SUPERBLAST 3 delivers an ultra-dynamic stride thanks to its innovative new foams.

The midsole has been upgraded with FF LEAP foam. The foam’s composition is inspired by the METASPEED competition models. Lightweight and responsive, it’s ideal for daily runs.

A new trampoline-effect capsule has been strategically integrated into the outsole. This element allows the outsole to be highly responsive, delivering ultra-dynamic propulsion and a stride.

FF LEAP Foam: The brand’s lightest and most responsive foam, which is 33% lighter and 13% more responsive than FF BLAST foam.
Trampoline-effect sole: The design of the sole’s underside promotes excellent energy return for maximum bounce during push-off.
Reflective details: Increased visibility thanks to maximum reflectivity in the evening and early morning.
The solution-dyeing process used to manufacture the insole reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing methods.
