The METASPEED SKY TOKYO shoe, Asics' high-end running product, is designed for runners who want to start fast and finish even faster. Runners wearing this shoe will be able to increase their speed by lengthening their stride while conserving energy with every step.
The new FF LEAP foam technology is super lightweight and responsive. It is strategically positioned in the lower layer of the midsole to provide maximum cushioning and optimal energy return. The upper layer of the midsole contains FF TURBO PLUS foam. This configuration improves the responsiveness of the foam while creating greater stability during the landing phase of your stride.
Thanks to a higher plate positioning and a thicker midsole throughout the toe area (compared to the METASPEED EDGE TOKYO shoe), you'll enjoy better energy return and a longer stride. This feature will help you break through the 30 km barrier and maintain your pace during the final stages of the race.

- Outsole with ASICSGRIP coating: The ASICS outsole ensures optimal grip on all surfaces.
- The solution dyeing process used to manufacture the insole reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing method.
