Ready to propel you over rough terrain, the Tecton X 3 adds fins to its carbon fiber plates for more stability in all the right places, and two layers of PEBA, Hoka's lightest and most resilient compound, in the midsole. The new shape and repositioning of the lugs on the Vibram® Mega-Grip outsole with Litebase construction offer enhanced grip, while the dynamic upper allows feet to spread out over the miles. As the icing on the cake, a mesh strap extends from the tongue like a gaiter to reduce splashing of pebbles and other trail debris, and a lightweight Matryx® textile upper makes this version tougher and more trail-ready than ever.
