DETAILS:

  • INTEGRATED MIPS® SYSTEM FOR BRAIN PROTECTION - All Giro helmets are designed to absorb maximum energy while exceeding the strictest safety standards. The goal of Giro helmets equipped with Mips® is to reduce rotational forces. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the rotational force that may be transferred to the cyclist's brain during certain impacts.
  • ROLL CAGE REINFORCEMENT — The Roll Cage is a lightweight yet sturdy structure molded invisibly into the helmet's EPS foam liner. It keeps the helmet intact in the event of an impact and provides extra strength and integrity that you'll never notice... unless you need it.
  • VENTILATION VIA "WIND TUNNEL" TECHNOLOGY — Giro helmets are developed using our exclusive "Wind Tunnel" ventilation system. This sophisticated design combines active vents in the helmet shell with evacuation channels inside the helmet that propel fresh air over and around the rider's head while expelling heat and stale air to the outside. It's the most effective cooling system on the market, and you'll feel the difference with every pedal stroke.
  • ROC-LOC® 5 AIR MIPS FIT SYSTEM – With its micro-adjustable, ergonomic, and compact dial, this system allows you to independently adjust the vertical position and contact points of the helmet, optimizing stability, ventilation, and comfort.
  • IONIC+® PADDING - Pure silver is the secret ingredient that gives IONIC+® the power to provide natural, permanent odor protection to keep your helmet fresh.
