Buying guide

MET Rivale Mips deliver superior performance and aggressive road presence, leaving a lasting impression. Safer. More comfortable. More efficient.

Why is it safer?
- With its MIPS® technology, the Rivale combines an exceptional price-performance ratio with the advantage of a brain protection system against rotational forces. The MIPS brain protection system is designed to add at least 10% more safety on certain types of impact, compared with standard helmet construction. The Mips Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached to the inside of the helmet, between the foams and the EPS.
Why is it more comfortable?
- The all-MET Rivale Mips is an evolution in external design and a revolution in internal form. The fit is unprecedented, and the helmet is more stable on the head thanks to its Safe-T Upsilon retention system. The 360° headband ensures there are no pressure points on the skull. Vertical adjustment is easy and provides a perfect fit.
Why is it more effective?
- The rear of the MET Rivale Mips has the unmistakable MET styling, thanks in particular to the NACA vent, which works in concert with a lowered profile and a tube-like shape. The front of the helmet is designed to be wider and the vents longer to improve ventilation, and can also be used to store sunglasses. A combination that guarantees unfailing pleasure on the bike.
