MANUFACTURING

• The recycled yarn is made in Italy, and the knitting and tailoring are done in Italy. And the same goes for the micro fleece inside, Italian and made from recycled plastic bottles.

COMPOSITION

• Knitting yarn: 50% recycled acrylic 20% recycled viscose 20% recycled cotton 10% other recycled fibers
• Fleece Mico: 100% recycled polyester (r-PET).

. There are 2 types of recycling: post-production and post-consumer. The yarns we use to make GEBO hats come from production cycles and have not yet been consumed. To understand the difference, for example, yarns coming from the recycling of plastic bottles come from a first consumption cycle. By participating in the development of the recycling industry in Europe, we all become actors and we contribute to the growth of solutions that will allow us one day to effectively recycle the clothes we have already worn to make new ones
