Men's alpine shoe in suede with Vibram® outsole for hiking and trekking.
The fantastic pale peaks of the Dolomites are home to an extraordinary range of high-mountain hiking trails. Made with this in mind, the Alp Trainer 2 is a low-profile alpine hiking and trekking shoe, designed to offer impeccable comfort on long days in the mountains.
- All-round protection: the robust, comfortable, high-quality suede leather upper is reinforced all around with a rubber stone guard for extra protection against rocks and scree.
- Enhanced grip and traction: Underfoot, the Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole, exclusive to SALEWA®, delivers improved performance and control on a wide range of mountain terrains. It also excels in wet and muddy conditions thanks to its dedicated climbing, traction and braking zones and aggressive lugs.
- Total comfort: the patented 3F system offers precise, reinforced support. Its steel cable firmly supports the ankle and guarantees good lateral stability. Its climbing lacing system allows adjustment right down to the toe area for enhanced performance on rock. The EVA midsole guarantees superior cushioning and excellent comfort for a technical shoe.
