The BOA® Fit System with dual Li2 dials ensures a secure fit and precise micro-adjustment, even in the heat of the action. A one-piece woven TPU monofilament mesh upper maximizes power transfer with optimal comfort and controlled breathability, featuring a seamless construction for peak performance. Its new forged carbon fiber outsole improves stiffness by 2 Nm, all in a featherweight design weighing just 234 g (size 43). A new expression of the sleek style that has become Giro’s signature, the Imperial II All Season stands in a class of its own.
Details:
- The Dual BOA® Li2 closure system with alloy dials offers an elegant and discreet design, as well as unprecedented durability. Thanks to incremental micro-adjustment in both directions, the Li2 system ensures a precise fit designed to perform in the most demanding conditions.
- Originally developed for motorsports, forged carbon allows for far more complex geometries than traditional carbon fiber composites and better accommodates details such as variations in thickness, cleat placements, and complex curves. The Imperial II plate is 20 Nm stiffer than the previous version.
- The one-piece woven TPU monofilament mesh upper optimizes power transfer with exceptional comfort and breathability, and a seamless design for maximum performance.
- The Supernatural fit system includes an insole and an adjustable arch support with three inserts: Low, Medium, and High. Adjust the arch support to improve comfort and pedaling efficiency while reducing the risk of common discomforts such as numbness, pressure points, and cramps.
