Description
Precision, aggressive hooking
The Instinct VS model has been developed for experienced climbers looking for precision and sensitivity on varied terrain. The shape is slightly asymmetrical, arched, with a scratched tip.
Made in Asolo (Italy).
DETAILS:
- USE: SPORT CLIMBING AND BOULDERING
- 210g - Size/Size 38
- UGG: Multi-piece upper (6) for a better fit. All-microfiber upper with single Velcro strap and Y fastener for optimum support.
- INNER SOLE: 1.0 mm Flexan half-length insert distributes power over the forefoot and provides excellent flexibility at the rear of the shoe.
- TENSION BAND: The Bi-Tension system features a rubber tension band that passes under the toe, wrapping around the foot from both sides of the liner to the arch of the foot. This system provides great flexibility and subtle tension.
- SOLE BLOCK: 3.5 mm XS Edge sole (2/3 length) with hand-crafted 2 mm XS Grip 2 heel.
TECHNOLOGY:
- Bi-Tension: The Bi-Tension system is a strip of rubber under tension that runs along both sides of the liner. Specially adapted to our slightly asymmetrical models, the Bi-Tension system passes under the tip of the toes and continues along the sides of the foot, leaving the central pad free of any constraints. The system actively uses the power of the toes, providing immediate performance with less tension. This system with less rubber makes the shoes lighter, more sensitive and more responsive.
- Vibram xs-grip2: Vibram® XS GRIP 2 rubber is an evolution of Vibram® XS GRIP. Used by many bouldering world champions. Vibram® XS GRIP 2 offers significantly improved grip with a level of hardness ideal for gratons (small holds) and volumes, while maintaining consistent performance at all temperatures. Vibram® XS GRIP 2 is recommended for situations requiring maximum grip.
