Designed and manufactured for performance, these pulleys are equipped with CN bearings (tight clearance) in the upper pulley to maximize the precision of gear shifting and C4 bearings (free clearance) in the lower pulley to allow movement of the chain. 500 AF Delrin pulley material features high mechanical tensile strength and rigidity, natural lubricity, high moisture resistance, caustic chemicals and UV makes these pulleys very durable, rigid and very smooth.Delrin also very clean and precise machines. The lubricating qualities of this teflon-infused material significantly reduce friction when interfacing with the bicycle chain. Compared to other pulleys, the 500 AF Delrin with Teflon offers a significantly lower resistance than aluminum or titanium pulleys. Exclusive to Enduro Bearings, our XD-ceramic hybrid bearings15 combine cryogenically treated, corrosion-resistant nitrogen steel blades with Grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing configuration. Deep groove design tracks allow for maximum size grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls for increased contact area and proven performance and durability. 90% fillKluber NBU52grease works better and smoother over time and is very resistant to fading. It is designed to stick to bullets and be continuously pulled in the way of the bullet where it is needed. The size and profile of the eleven upper teeth and twelve lower teeth with 5mm bolt holes are designed as an upgrade for most Shimano GRX 11-speed derailleurs. Enduro derailleur pulleys are available in a number of configurations and performance levels, starting with hybrid ceramic, black oxide treated zero ceramic as a step up, and XD-15 hybrid ceramic at the top of the range. All are proudly manufactured with precision in the USA.

Kluber NBU52 90% grease, adherent and resistant to washing, which improves over time.
90% water-resistant high pressure grease filling for long lasting protection.
High performance materials: pulleys machined in 500AF Derlin infused with Teflon: High performance material: high rigidity, low friction, resistance to moisture, chemicals and UV. Precision machining for perfect fit and smoother transmission. Much more efficient than aluminium or titanium pulleys in terms of drag reduction.
