The Vitalis Thermal is a wetsuit specifically designed to provide thermal insulation for open water swimmers. It combines technologies specially developed to maximize heat retention, such as Thermal X, and waterproofing, such as the second layer of "batwing" neoprene, which prevents water from seeping through the zipper and neck.
What's more,the thick inserts enhance the suit's buoyancy, allowing swimmers to save energy during cold-water sessions.
DETAILS
- Thermal insulation: the wetsuit's excellent thermal properties are due to a yoke construction up to 5 mm thick, combined with the Thermal X inner lining. What's more, the Batwing hood prevents cold water from entering through the collar and zipper, helping to retain body heat.
- Elasticity: 39+ and 39FS technologies are incorporated in the shoulders and underarms to enhance the suit's elasticity.
- High, neutral buoyancy: Thick inserts at the bust contribute to the suit's buoyancy for increased safety in open water. What's more, its construction gives it a neutral buoyancy profile.
- Comfort: The soft-touch Thermal X inner fabric provides the comfort you need for cold-water swimming.

FLEXIBILITY: 39+ and 39FS technologies are incorporated in the shoulders and underarms to enhance the suit's elasticity
- 39+: Yamamoto 39 neoprene is combined with the highly stretchable Infinity Skin 2 lining and SCS surface treatment. The latter, which creates a smooth surface, helps reduce resistance and friction with water, improving the suit's hydrodynamic properties.
- 39FS: Elasticity, maximum flexibility and a feeling of total freedom merge thanks to the combination of Yamamoto 39 neoprene, Infinity Skin 2 lining and Smoothskin surface finish. Thanks to these features, triathletes will be able to exert 35% less force for fast, short arm movements, and 45% less force for slower, fuller movements, compared with any other conventional neoprene.
- V FIT: Orca women's wetsuits are specifically designed to adapt to female morphology, with the aim of improving swimmers' performance and comfort. A closer fit allows the materials to work within their optimum elasticity ranges, and the neoprene's adherence to the skin prevents water from penetrating, improving the product's thermal and hydrodynamic properties.
