A faithful reissue of the iconic down jacket worn by Reinhold Messner in the 1980s, this jacket features the Intense Blue shade that has become a symbol of Millet’s history, and is also available in Navy blue. Its 700 FP duck down filling provides excellent insulation, enhanced by a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment to withstand moisture. Reinforced shoulders provide durability, while the removable hood, two zippered hand pockets, and an interior zippered pocket round out its technical features. KEY FEATURES:

  • WATER-REPELLENT: DurableWater Repellent (DWR) is a surface treatment that prevents water from penetrating and causes it to bead up and roll off the garment’s surface. Optimal results are achieved when paired with a waterproof membrane.
  • EXPEDRY: ExpeDry bonds non-toxic gold particles to RDS-certified down for accelerated evaporation, 40–50% faster drying, and insulation that maintains its performance in wet conditions.
