Thanks to its new Polartec® High Loft™ fleece, the Alpedge jacket is a mid-layer designed for rhythmic mountain activities. High Loft™ technology relies on hydrophobic yarns that wick moisture away and dry extremely fast. Longer polyester yarns create large air pockets to retain more warmth while offering lightweight insulation. In fact, its warmth-to-weight ratio is exceptional, and it gives you great freedom of movement when moving over technical terrain. Its asymmetrical cut provides extra softness and reduces chafing, making it ideal for layering with other garments. So you can wear it over a base layer and under a waterproof jacket. This season, it features side inserts in breathable FUTUREFLEECE™ fleece. This features an octagonal loop-and-thread structure to offer optimal warmth without excess weight or discomfort.
