TETRAS jacket is inspired by this: it plays the role of the last layer, protecting against wind and rain, without sacrificing breathability

... and therefore comfort.

You can recognize the TETRAS jacket by

  • Its close-fitting cut, slightly longer at the back so you can bend down without exposing your back. The sleeves are a little longer to keep your wrists well covered when you raise your arms. A very refined and timeless style.
  • The material is recycled and recyclable, water-repellent and guaranteed free of endocrine disruptors. We too prefer textiles that are good for the planet and our health.
  • Versatility: this technical jacket is suitable for all seasons and (almost) all activities: ski touring, trekking, summer mountaineering.
  • Superpowers: 100% waterproof (20K), windproof and breathable. Perfectly lightweight, equally at home in the mountains or on a bike, in wind, rain or cold. Woven and dyed in France (Ardèche), assembled in the EU.

FEATURES

  • 2 large zipped hand pockets on the front, compatible with a harness and backpack - you can slip in an IGN TOP25 map without having to fold it.
  • 2 underarm vents for ventilation during sustained exertion (always appreciated... if not essential).
  • 1 YKK© Vislon© 3mm ventral zip with double slider (top or bottom opening)
  • Waist drawcord and velcro wrist tightener
  • Large helmet hood. 3-point tightening at collarbones and back of head. No holes or eyelets on the hood: tightening mechanisms create no entry point for water, snow or wind
  • Storm flap inside the ventral zip - you'll thank us for it every now and then.
  • Chin and cheek protection
  • Seam-sealed with heat-sealed tape
  • YKK© Aquaguard Coil© 3mm water-repellent zips
  • UV-resistant color dye, so you don't end up with a faded jacket after a few seasons.
  • Waterproof to 20,000 Schmerber
  • Weight: 480gr

  • Sympatex Pyester recycled membrane (r-PET) 20k - RET<14
  • Polyurethane (PU) sealing tape

FABRICATION

  • Lagoped fabric is made up of 3 different layers that are only a few millimeters thick when assembled.
  • The outer yarn is Italian (from recycled plastic bottles), and the weaving and dyeing are done in Ardèche.
  • The membrane is a polyester made in Europe from recycled membrane scraps (pre-consumer).
  • The inner layer is a very, very fine Italian knit, made from recycled yarn.
