Description
The ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID is the next evolution of a legendary tactical boot. Its balance of agility, lightness, and stability makes it perfect for military and police special forces, as well as regular armed forces. The raised MID-CUT upper provides the necessary support during fast-roping and does not restrict close-quarters combat. The upper is made from a combination of waterproof, tear-resistant suede leather and abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® fabric. An innovative hook-and-loop closure allows for individual adjustment of the lacing at the forefoot and ankle. The waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear laminate is ideal for use in moderate and somewhat humid environments. The 2-layer PU midsole with MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like a sort of exoskeleton.
The ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID is certified as a work shoe according to EN ISO 20347:2012, is antistatic, and features a sole complex that insulates against both cold and heat. The outsole is not only highly slip-resistant but also resistant to oil, gasoline, and contact heat.
