Thanks to excellent cushioning and a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, the FORTUX GTX QC is specially designed for long, demanding distances - whether it's a top-level trail run or a long speedhiking trek.
Thanks to its four times higher upper, it also offers optimum ankle support while remaining lightweight. The special construction of the upper is also reflected in its robust finish: the Jacquard outer material guarantees reliable performance and a long service life thanks to its high abrasion resistance, which is essential for a high-intensity shoe. The characteristic LOWA® DYNEVA midsole with its rocker shape, 6 mm gap and high recovery capacity offers excellent levels of cushioning. The tried-and-tested LOWA® TRAC® ULTRA rubber outsole features bi-directional lug orientation for rapid acceleration and responsive deceleration. This makes the shoe suitable not only for ambitious trail runners, but also for all those who are normally a little more dynamic in the mountains.
