DESCRIPTION
:Tried and tested in the Monti Pallidi (Italian Dolomites), the Alp Trainer 2 Gore-Tex® is a low profile alpine hiking and trekking shoe. It will be very comfortable for alpine use on rough terrain during long days in the mountains
Complete protection
Designed to offer complete protection, the rugged leather upper is made of high quality suede. It features a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane and an all-around rubber rock guard for added protection against rocks and scree
Total comfort
Our patented 3F system provides a precise, reinforced fit. Its steel cable firmly supports the ankle and provides lateral stability. Its climbing lacing system allows it to be adjusted right down to the toe area for better performance on the rock. The EVA midsole provides superior cushioning and comfort for a technical shoe.
Improved grip and traction
Underfoot, the Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole, exclusive to SALEWA®, provides enhanced performance and control on a variety of mountain terrain. It also excels in wet and muddy conditions with dedicated climbing, traction and braking zones and aggressive lugs.
