For added breathability, the tongue and ankle inserts are made of a durable mesh. The rubber rock guard and heel stabilizer provide extra protection and stability for your feet.

Designed for comfort

Designed for comfortable long-distance use, this hiking shoe features the SALEWA® 3F System for flexibility, support and heel protection. Inside, the durable EVA midsole provides a softer landing and good shock absorption. With mountaineering laces and adjustable eyelets for precise adjustment on technical terrain.

Special hiking profile

The special hiking pattern of the POMOCA® outsole provides stability, grip and traction, and also promotes natural foot movement. The Alp Mate Mid is the ideal waterproof, breathable hiking boot for multi-day hikes and treks on alpine trails.
