The MTN Trainer Lite was designed to provide lightweight comfort, grip and stability for alpine approaches and mountain use. It features a sturdy fabric upper that feels right at home. The over-the-shoulder construction and molded EVA midsole provide midfoot stiffness and forefoot flexibility for quick movement on steep terrain.

This shoe is also designed with our patented 3F system that connects the instep, sole and heel to better support the ankle. The heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap add to the protection. Underfoot, the durable outsole features deep, sturdy lugs for surefooted traction, while the Pomoca compound provides enough grip to climb on both wet and dry rock.

Mountaineering laces give you precise toe-in adjustment for accuracy on technical rocky terrain. Made in Italy, the Men's MTN Trainer Lite is the ideal summer hiking shoe, proven in steep alpine terrain.
