SANTAMADRE UNUSUAL NITROUS is designed for all types of sports, both short- and long-term, and its complete intake consists of : 1800 mg nitrate, 21 g sodium carbonate and 750 mg polyphenols.
Nitrate is the ideal pre-workout supplement, providing vasodilatation to increase blood flow, a buffering charge to neutralize some of the athlete's lactic acid, and pre-hydration thanks to its composition and high sodium content.

UNUSUAL NITROUS comprises a total of 3 actions:

Its main action, vasodilatation, is due to its 600 mg nitrate per dose, which, with the full dose (3 doses), totals a load of 1800 mg nitrate in 3 days. Nitrate acts as a precursor of arginine, converting to nitric oxide in the body, thus achieving its vasodilating action.
The buffering action, capable of neutralizing part of the lactic acid, is predefined by the basic pH provided by the bicarbonate load, reaching 21 g per dose. This will enable us to maintain effort for longer in very high-intensity efforts.
And last but not least, thanks to its high polyphenol content, it promotes anti-inflammatory action, delaying muscular inflammation and reducing muscular damage, thus improving performance.

USE:

One-day effort :

Each dose consists of 3 doses, one for each day, each dose (21 g) to be diluted in 400 ml of cold water. Take as follows:

2 days before the event: ingest the 400 ml throughout the day.
The day before the event: take the 400 ml throughout the day.
The day of the event: drink the 400 ml up to 3 hours before the event (drink for at least 1 hour, little by little).
It's important to do a dry run before a competition, in case taking it on race day is too early and may cause digestive problems, this intake should be omitted.

Stage races :

In the case of stage races, the protocol changes and rest and sleep hours take priority. The protocol would be as follows:

2 days before the race: take 400 ml throughout the day.
The day before the race: drink 400 ml throughout the day.
Race day: ingest the 400 ml in the afternoon of the day before the next stage (not all at once).
