Choosing energy drinks

Energy Drink is a gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free energy drink. It is a multivitamin and mineral complex. All vitamin and mineral requirements are covered during exercise.

Energy Drink is the perfect drink to take during training, when carbohydrate intake is needed.

What's more,

it reduces fatigue and improves performance thanks to the functional ingredients in its formula, and

its main advantage is that it provides sugar-free energy. Each ration contains 45g of carbohydrates derived from potato starch (amylopectin). Amylopectin has 2 major advantages over other ingredients generally used in energy drinks

Gastric emptying up to 80% faster.
Glycogen replenishment up to 70% faster due to its high availability.

This drink contains 250 mg L-carnitine, derived from L-carnitine-L-tartrate, a stabilized form of L-carnitine. L-carnitine-L-tartrate has a slightly higher absorption rate than other forms of L-carnitine.

L-carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids to cellular mitochondria, increasing energy supply to muscle and boosting blood flow to this area.
It increases the production of ketones, which prevent protein catabolism.
It conserves glucose and muscle glycogen. The result: improved performance, accelerated recovery and less damage to muscle tissue.

It provides 250 mg of taurine, an amino acid which plays an important role in the immune system and contributes to the body's antioxidant capacity. Taurine is essential for optimal energy metabolism, enabling food to be converted into energy

: Dilute 4 scoops (50g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15/20 minutes, in advance and during exercise
