Stability for renfo exercises | Squats, deadlifts, shoulder thrusts... the ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under the heel (where you need it most) optimizes stability without compromising quality of movement. The wider toe box compared to the Metcon 9 leaves room for the toes and optimizes power throughout the foot.

More mobility | Nike has revisited the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam for improved energy return. It combines with the outsole's flexible grooves for flexible, high-performance cushioning. Ideal for high-intensity workouts like step jumps and sprints.

Grip and strength | The tough, grippy texture in the midfoot and toe (the wear zones) guarantees exceptional grip and strength. The new grip pattern provides a flat, grippy surface for lifting weights, even on the wettest surfaces.

Support | The midfoot band helps keep your foot on the insole when you lace up. With the sturdy heel cup and lace crease, you can concentrate on your posture without slipping.
