The geometry of the midsole and outsole of the NOVABLAST® 5 TOKYO running shoe helps to produce an energetic ride.

FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and more energetic takeoffs during your workout.

The technical mesh upper improves the fit while limiting tongue movement. It offers more elasticity and breathability.

Trampoline-inspired outsole: The outsole and midsole design captures more energy return for enhanced foam rebound effect when taking off.
Reflective details: Designed to help improve visibility in low-light conditions.
AHAR® LO rubber outsole: Low-density rubber placed in key areas of the outsole for reliable grip and traction without sacrificing durability.
At least 75% of the main material in the shoe upper is made from recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
The insole is produced using a solution dyeing process that reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing technology.
