The Spin Planet is Scarpa's most eco-friendly long-distance trail shoe.
DESCRIPTION:
The
Spin Planet
isthe latest step in Scarpa's commitment to sustainable development, and introduces a new concept in trail running shoes.
The upper fabric is made from 100% recycled materials, while the EVA midsole is 45% recycled and the outsole is 30% recycled.
In practical terms, this model is ideal for those chasing long distances on the trails, thanks to the volume of the midsole designed to absorb impact and provide protective cushioning. In fact, the combination of a 4mm drop and a flared heel provides stability on rolling and rocky terrain, as well as comfortable, reassuring cushioning on more technical passages.
Scarpa naturally thought of Hilary Gerardi to co-develop such a shoe, and today she is its godmother. A real feat which shows that durability and performance need not be mutually exclusive.
Weighing in at 580g for a size 42, the Spin Planet is ideal for beginners and experts alike in search of comfort and an identifiable look!
