Description

The HYP-E is more than just another helmet - it's a statement in favor of modern, stylish and more sustainable mobility. That's why its features are entirely dedicated to the needs of urban commuters.

Lower edge protection: the polycarbonate (PC) outer shell covers the lower edge of the helmet and protects against scratches, bumps and signs of wear and tear
Ventilation cover: covers ventilation openings to protect from sun, wind and rain
Integrated, rechargeable front and rear lights: fixed lights on the front and rear of the helmet for improved visibility on the road - can be recharged with a USB-C cable
Six different lighting modes (rear and front): Steady, Power, Flow, Pulse, Flash or Eco to choose from - depending on lighting conditions, weather conditions or to save battery capacity
Front and rear turn signals: front and rear lights flash in the direction of the bend when the turn signal remote control on the handlebar is activated
Turn signal remote control: wireless, rechargeable remote control via USB-C to be placed on the handlebars to activate and control the turn signal light is included
Operating time per mode in h (min): depending on weather conditions and type of use, light operating time is at least 2 hours in continuous mode and at least 40 hours in flashing mode.
Battery charging time (light): charging time until the battery is fully charged is approx. 4 hours
IP44: type of protection which, for electronic products such as lamps, certifies protection against solid foreign bodies larger than 1 mm and against splashing water

Comfort cushions: soft padding inserts for optimum wearing comfort, secured in the helmet with Velcro fasteners

TECHNOLOGIES:

Reliable communication: the flasher and remote control communicate via a 2.4 GHz radio protocol based on OXI wireless technology. This works simply and smoothly, without any potential sources of interference via app, Bluetooth® or Wi-Fi. On delivery, the remote control and flashing light are already paired. A USB-C cable for recharging is included in delivery.
