The Cytal Lite is designed for situations where every gram counts and heat management is essential. Weighing less than 200 g, the Cytal Lite has been developed to offer the lowest possible weight while guaranteeing optimized protection and exceptional thermal management.

Drawing inspiration from the Cytal and Cytal Carbon models, Poc has updated and improved the helmet's shell structure to reduce the weight of the EPS liner and improve air circulation, which is perfectly suited to the needs of climbers and pass hunters, or cyclists who often go out in hot weather.

Every aspect of the helmet - the adjustment system, straps, strap dividers - has been weight-optimized to be as light and comfortable as possible. The result is a helmet that offers optimum protection in an extremely lightweight, ventilated and comfortable package.

Extremely light: The helmet weighs less than 200g in size M (+/-5g) (EN1078 safety standard).
Structurally sound: Shell and liner combine to offer enhanced structural integrity for ultimate protection in light collisions.
Lightweight EPS liner: A low-density EPS liner keeps weight to a minimum while providing crash protection.
Lightweight molded PC shell: The outer PC shell is kept as small as possible, covering the liner only when absolutely necessary, to reduce weight as much as possible.
Open padding structure: The comfort padding at the front of the helmet has only vertical padding, allowing better air circulation over the forehead and maintaining the helmet's light weight.
Integrated wing: A thinner integrated wing controls airflow through and around the helmet, improving ventilation.
Lightweight straps: The helmet is held in place by lightweight straps.
