Product Return
Your new product doesn't fit or you don't like it? Then simply send it back. On this page, you will find the applicable conditions.
Deadline
Please choose between:
- A credit, if we receive your request within 30 days of receiving your order (100 days for Alltricks + customers)
- A refund, if we receive your request within 14 days of receiving your order (right of withdrawal)
Note: If you are within the 14-day withdrawal period and decide to opt for a replacement item, you are welcome to place a new order and request a refund in parallel.
Conditions
Please note that you must return each item in the condition in which you received it. This means that new items must also be new, unused, and complete upon return (failure to comply may result in no refund).
The refund or credit will only apply to the returned items. If you are returning an entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded, but only in this case.
Product Shipping
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return label. You must return the item to us in France at your own expense.
The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility, so we strongly recommend that you send your products back with insurance. In case of loss or damage, Alltricks will not be liable.

We ask you to write the return number RB large and visible on the box.
Please send your product in new packaging (please do not use only the manufacturer's packaging).
You must include a copy of the delivery note with the aforementioned return number. If you have not kept this delivery note, you can print the invoice in your customer account and include it in your package with the aforementioned return number.
We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
If you meet all refund conditions (only in the case of the right of withdrawal within 14 days), you can inquire whether a credit can be converted into a refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been processed.
