How to change your wheels bearings?

How to change your wheel bearings. Remove the disc and the dust cover from the hub.
Tools : Cone spanner / 17 mm spanner / Grease / Mallet

Step 1

While holding the axle firmly, unscrew the toothed washer with the specific tool.

Step 2

Remove the cover by hand, then turn the rim to see the other side.

Step 3

Remove the hub axle.

Step 4

Then screw the cassette onto the body using a standard cassette tool.

Step 5

Grease the hub body at the bearing seats.

Step 6

To install the new bearings, use a socket slightly smaller than the diameter and tap gently so that they fit correctly.

Step 7

Replace the shaft and then the cover, tightening with the tool provided.

Step 8

Replace the axle cups.
