Make your return request from the "My Orders" page by selecting the products you wish to return in the details of your order.

Same day dispatch on orders before 6pm (GMT+1) with Chronopost and 3pm (GMT+1) with the other delivery methods. All our orders are fully tracked!

To offer the best service, our whole operation is designed to process and ship your order Quickly and Efficiently. Any order placed before 6pm (GMT+1) with Chronopost is dispatched the same day (3PM (GMT+1) with the other delivery methods). Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (GMT+1) with Chronopost (3PM (GMT+1) with the other delivery methods) will be processed on the following Monday.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Check the contents of your parcel in the presence of the delivery person. If your parcel is damaged or incomplete, you may refuse it. If you accept it, you must express your reservations and take a photo of the defective box or part in order to contact us within 24 hours.

Be particularly vigilant when a bike is delivered. Unpack it in the presence of the delivery person to ensure that it has not been damaged during transport.

Alltricks cannot accept any claims for damage or missing products if you have not made any reservations with the delivery person.

If you have chosen to have your order delivered to a "point relais", don't forget your identity card. You can also ask a relative to collect your order for you. They will then need to present a copy of your ID as well as their own.
