The HotForge curved finger carabiner is a modern take on the classic keylock carabiner and this fluid system is designed for the rope side of a quickdraw. Its curved finger is easy to clip and the carabiner has a huge rope working surface for outstanding strength. Hot-forged, which saved weight in places that don't need it and added material where strength is essential, the HotForge has a generous dimension line for easier clipping, and the flat hinge end keeps the quickdraw strap secure. The larger rope work surface provides strength to the carabiner but also to your rope, while the flat finger parts reduce the risk of unintentional finger opening. Finally, we've redesigned and improved the spout geometry to allow for smooth carabiner attachment and removal.
