Description

QM2 Hot Warming Cream is an intensely active balm, ideally formulated for cold, damp environments. Enriched with a high concentration of red chillies, it provides deep warmth that promotes muscle and tendon suppleness, helping to minimize the risk of injury.

Details :

Can be used at temperatures between 0°C/32°F and 10°C/50°F.
Contains more red chillies than QM1 and gives more heat to muscles.
Rub in the cream until it disappears.
The cream penetrates the skin into the muscles, leaving no red skin. Red skin means blood would be drawn from the muscles to the skin. Less blood in the muscles = less performance!
A slight warm-up of muscles and tendons that immediately feels good.
Flexible muscles and tendons reduce the risk of injury during warm-up or intensive sports activities.

Advice:

When exercising in wet weather, an additional top layer of QM5 or QM6 oil can be applied to the skin after the QM2 has been applied. This top layer allows water to drain off more quickly and protects the QM2 hot cream for longer while it works.
