KT Tape is pre-cut and ready to apply right out of the box. The pre-cut strips have rounded corners that help prevent corners from snagging on clothing or edges from fraying. Each roll contains 10 pre-cut cotton strips and 10 pre-cut PRO strips 10 inches long and 2 inches wide.
