Description

Responsiveness, lightness and reliability: these are the keywords of the Fulcrum Rapid Red Carbon , developed for gravel use by exploiting the best technological solutions for high-end wheels.
Lightness and responsiveness are guaranteed by the 700C carbon rim with an asymmetric "S-Shape" profile. This technology makes it possible to obtain a better balance between the tension of the spokes. Optimized balancing also results in maintaining high performance over time. In addition, the particular shape of the rim profile allows a 2.5% increase in lateral stiffness compared to a traditional U-profile.

For maximum performance with tubeless tyres, the Rapid Red Carbon rims feature an undrilled 2WF wall ? for tubeless tyres. The undrilled wall also benefits from the C-Lux Finish mirror finish, which facilitates the mounting of the tire.
Finally, the wheel assembly also features Mo-Mag technology, which consists of positioning the nut on the rim hole by means of a magnet.

Regarding the geometry, the rim has a 30 mm high profile, equipped with a ?mini-hook? system. which extends compatibility to a wider pressure range. The dimensional precision of Fulcrum also guarantees greater security against disengagement at low pressure, thanks to the largest cover bearing surface available linked to the internal channel increased by 25 mm.
