Description

Designed and built for performance, these pulleys feature CN (close clearance) bearings in the upper pulley to maximize shifting precision, and C4 (loose clearance) bearings in the lower pulley to allow chain line movement. The Delrin 500 AF pulley material features high mechanical tensile strength and rigidity, natural lubrication, high resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals and UV, making these pulleys highly durable, rigid and very smooth. Delrin is also very clean and precise to machine. The lubricating qualities inherent in this Teflon-infused material considerably reduce friction when in contact with the bicycle chain. Compared with other pulley materials, Delrin 500 AF with Teflon offers significantly lower resistance than machined aluminum or titanium pulleys. Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid Bearings feature black oxide-treated 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy bushes and grade 5 silicon nitride ceramic balls with 90% waterproof high-pressure grease. Si3N4 ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and extend service life by eliminating steel-on-steel contact inside the bearing. Black oxide and magnetite treatment of the bushes provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extends trouble-free life. The eleven-tooth size and profile, 4mm bolt-hole upper pulley and 5mm bolt-hole lower pulley are designed to upgrade most 11-speed SRAM derailleurs. Derailleur pulleys. Enduro are available in a number of configurations and performance levels, starting with Ceramic-Hybrid, Black-Oxide treated Zero Ceramic as the next step up, and XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid at the top of the range.
