What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

The Inspyre Evo-C 20" BMX was designed for riders looking for a high-performance, reliable bike equipped for competition. It offers an excellent balance of lightness, stiffness, and responsiveness to maximize performance. The Evo-C is intended for experienced riders looking for a competitive bike.
The bike is built around the Inspyre Bicycles Evo-C frame, which incorporates all the features of a high-end aftermarket frame. Its hydroformed, triple-butted 6061-T6 aluminum tubes ensure an excellent weight-to-performance ratio. Its geometry makes it both stable and responsive, offering quick and easy handling. The frame features Inspyre Swell dropouts. In addition to adding stiffness to the rear of the frame, they accommodate the chain tensioning system as well as the Pride Racing disc brake mount. The Evo-C is built with high-end aftermarket components. It’s equipped with a Pride carbon fork and an SD-B85 crankset that delivers performance and lightness. The drivetrain features Forward hubs that incorporate a 6-pawl system with 150 engagement points. As for the tires, it features a Tioga Fastr X front tire that reduces rolling resistance while riding and a Powerblock rear tire for perfect traction—an ultra-high-performance combination that delivers efficiency and dynamism. Braking is handled by a hydraulic brake kit from the renowned Shimano brand.
