The SQ-Pad 10 padding has a maximum thickness of 8 mm and is tightly stretched.
This means that it's not possible to push the padding in with two fingers, as is usually the case with far too soft padding.
The cushion is made of dense, breathable foam, with a thin layer of TPE gel on the underside. Thisoptimally absorbs the shearing forces generated by the pedaling motion.
