The compact, screw-on Phone Bag Proof top tube bag features waterproof heat-sealed seams. The all-round waterproof zip provides quick access to an energy bar, credit card or keys. The hood is fitted with a waterproof, transparent cover where 17 x 8 x 1 cm navigation devices can be slipped in and secured with a waterproof zip. The waterproof top tube bag attaches to the top tube and head tube with 3 Velcro straps. Drill holes in the bottom allow it to be attached to the top tube with screws.
