MAINTENANCE:
- Clean with hot soapy water or detergent / do not machine wash
- Use a 4 mm Allen wrench to unscrew the bracket screws.
- Choose the right spacers for your type of hanger.
- If the hanger diameter is 31.8 mm, use the thicker spacers pre-installed. If the diameter is 35 mm, use the thinner spacers supplied.
- Center the stem between the two brackets, and check that they and the pannier harness do not interfere with your bike's operation.
- Tighten bolts to between 3 and 5 Nm. Follow the recommended tightening torques (in Nm) shown on your Handlebars. Do not overtighten. Check screw tightness regularly.
- Insert the pannier into the harness, aligning the Velcro loops on both parts. Secure the rings in the top loops, then pull firmly to tighten.
