Rowan Zorilla of Vista, California, is a famous skateboarder whose sponsorships include brands such as Supreme and Baker Skateboards. He's also the cover star of Thrasher, the subject of several popular videos, and a key member of the Vans Skateboarding team. This time, they're adding a new page to their story by releasing their second signature skate shoe, the Rowan 2. Rowan Zorilla's relaxed, free-spirited style and incredible ability to adapt to any environment changed the way future generations looked at skateboarding. With this in mind, Vans collaborated with Rowan to create the Rowan 2, an enhanced version of the style and functionality of its first signature skate shoe, allowing it to continue its evolution.
TheRowan 2's design is inspired by vintage pumps and incorporates ImpactWaffle technology, which combines Vans' dual-density cushioning with Sixtic rubber to offer superior impact protection without compromising board feel

- Impact Waffle: Rowan 2 extends its Impact Waffle™ technology to the front of the shoe, offering superior impact protection without compromising board feel.
- SIXTIK : The Rowan 2 SIXTIK™ rubber cup sole features a segmented tread in the forefoot for improved traction and board control, while an inverted waffle tread in the heel extends the life of the boot.
- DuraCap: exposed DuraCap™ applied to the upper minimizes wear and damage with high durability.
- Recycled insole: a layer of 98% recycled material is added to the molded midsole for a comfortable fit. The Rowan 2 was designed with durability in mind and meets the requirements of the Vans checkered globe logo. The checkerboard globe logo applies to products that follow strict design and material guidelines to reduce their environmental impact.
