The Bike Taxi adapter is an accessory specially designed to enable the Bike Taxi tow cable to be used on a bike fitted with a plunger stem or any other type of smooth stem without exposed bolts.
It installs quickly and easily on the handlebars of the bike to be towed, without tools. Once in place, the Bike Taxi buckle attaches to the adapter, allowing the towed cyclist to disconnect it at any time. The adapter stays in place on the handlebars, while the buckle retracts automatically and safely.
