If you want to mount larger disc rotors on your post-mount brake system, use the XLC BR-X109 Disc Brake Adapter.
This adapter works on post-mount frames and post-mount brake calipers, so you can move the caliper slightly to allow a larger rotor diameter.
In this case, it's 220mm maximum - although you may have a hard time finding disc brakes of this size for bicycles!
XLC uses CNC machining in the manufacture of their adapters as it helps to produce reliable and consistent results so that all their adapters fit as they should.
Aluminum is used as it is lightweight but incredibly strong and increases the longevity of the adapter. The BR-X109 can only be used on front wheel mounts.
