Description

The Silva Ranger compass is a traditional plate compass, commonly used by hikers, mountaineers, trekkers and hunters. It has all the features you need for your adventures.

If you're looking for a simple, functional compass for your outdoor activities, the Ranger is for you. Featuring a rubber grip for easy handling, it is equipped with a declination scale that can be used anywhere inside the capsule, a magnifying glass, a plate graduated in millimeters and in 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 scales, and a removable safety strap. The plate is curved upwards at the back for optimum grip. Red and black north-south lines at the bottom of the capsule make orientation easy and safe. The arrow and graduations, clearly legible thanks to a modern font, combined with the plate's high transparency, make for easy navigation. The luminous graduations, activated in full light, enable night-time navigation. The pointer is made of high-quality Swedish steel and features high-performance magnets.
