Description

Designed to protect against the elements and offer plenty of interior space, the Hubba Hubba HD is the perfect shelter for a good night’s sleep at camp when the weather turns rough.

The exterior: The Hubba is symmetrical, so you can pitch it quickly—a godsend when you’re trying to beat an unexpected storm. With lightweight, sturdy DAC poles, a PFAS-free water-repellent coating, and reinforced waterproof seams, the Hubba is stable and keeps you dry. The flysheet features two large vestibules for storing everything you don’t want to keep inside. The vestibule door allows for easy entry and exit. The StayDry™ gutter protects you from water runoff, while the new ventilation vent with a support rod ensures better airflow. Additional guy lines are included to allow you to customize the tent’s setup and reinforce its stability when the wind picks up. The metal corner fittings are easy to use and very sturdy; eight durable, lightweight Mini Groundhog™ stakes are included.

The Interior: The spacious interior offers 1.82 m² (20 ft²) of floor space, with no taper at the foot, to accommodate modern rectangular mattresses and provide plenty of room to wait comfortably for the weather to improve. The inner tent is primarily made of nylon fabric for maximum weather protection, with just enough solid-colored mesh panels to ensure excellent airflow and protection from insects. The tent door features straight zippers that are easy to use with one hand and more durable. Plus, the zipper pulls meet in the same spot once the door is closed: you always know where to place your hand to open the door, even in the dark. Convenient pockets for electronics feature corner openings for cords. The large hanging storage is perfect for your headlamp, sunglasses, or any gear you need within reach, and an integrated clothesline lets you dry your damp clothes.
