Description
Hiking has a new face, more aggressive and even more technical. The Miura GTX is designed to tackle mixed and difficult terrain with agility, while retaining the structure and technical features typical of Kayland hiking boots
- UPPER AND LINER: The upper is one of the shoe's key innovations, both in terms of the visually appealing design achieved through hot embossing, and in terms of its structure. The Miura GTX features 3 differentiated zones in the material to provide protection and lightness as required. The central composition, mainly in suede, allows perfect adaptability to the foot, guaranteeing perfect anatomical conformity over the long term. For maximum protection and durability, a polyurethane band has been added to the lower part of the upper, surrounding it without weighing the shoe down. The toe cap is made of rubber for extra protection. Inside, the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort Footwear membrane ensures maximum thermal comfort.
- SOLE: Dual-density, two-tone EVA midsole ensures maximum lightness, stability and shock absorption. The Vibram® Multiverse outsole features a specific pattern for mixed terrain, with functional lugs, maximum grip in the heel and a solid toe zone for added safety. The Miura GTX also features an improved outsole with an even more aggressive tread pattern for maximum grip. The PU insole is thick enough to provide good cushioning, even during the most technical practices.
- FIT: The lacing system is also designed to adapt to the shoe's technicality, extending towards the toe and with eyelets located directly on the shoe to avoid adding extra thickness that could hinder fit. The tongue, made from hotmad material, ensures structural strength, preventing foot compression even with tightly laced shoes. The upper part of the tongue is made of microfiber and tapers towards the ankle for a more comfortable feel.
