Enduro Bearings

The 440C stainless steel Enduro angular contact headset bearings are designed to offer exceptional resistance to corrosion and increased longevity, even in the most humid conditions or exposed to sweat. Made with 440C stainless steel balls and rings, known for its hardness, wear resistance and resistance in aggressive environments, these bearings undergo a specific thermal and cryogenic treatment to achieve superior mechanical performance. Oblique contact design ensures uniform engagement of the balls, spreading forces over a larger area, reducing wear and increasing service life. They also incorporate double lip LLB seals with labyrinth sealing for maximum protection, as well as a 90% filling of Almagard 3752 grease, waterproof and high pressure, for optimal protection against moisture and contaminants. These bearings are compatible with industrial references such as HSS 6011 and ACB495H6.5, and are used by several brands of high-end headset sets, with a lifetime warranty.
