Description
For more than 20 years, Enduro Bearings has been the pioneer of MAX type bearings, specially designed to meet the mechanical requirements of MTB pivots. These bearings have a 35 to 40% higher load capacity than standard angular contact bearings, thanks to a full complement design where the maximum number of balls is inserted via a custom ground slot. The deeper stroke grooves provide increased lateral support, essential to withstand the torsional forces and multidirectional stresses generated by modern suspension. The ABEC-3 dual row model combines robustness and stability: it significantly reduces the bending of the suspension linkage while doubling the bearing’s internal contact surface. It incorporates grade 10 balls for excellent accuracy, double lip LLU seals with a labyrinth system ensuring maximum tightness against external elements, and 90% filling of Almagard high pressure grease, ensuring long-lasting lubrication. These bearings are available in several high-performance materials: high-carbon chrome steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic hybrid or XD15 (ultra-resistant stainless alloy), with steel or ceramic balls depending on the configuration.
