The Burgtec Cloud DH saddle was developed in collaboration with Burgtec’s engineering team and their athletes to redefine what a downhill saddle should be.
The Cloud DH saddle was designed from the ground up to meet the demands of downhill mountain biking. Its shorter overall length and narrower profile optimize the rider’s freedom of movement, allowing them to move freely on their bike without restriction when the terrain becomes steep, technical, or unpredictable. The padding was also approached differently. Rather than adding more padding, it has been placed exactly where riders actually need it. Strategic support in key contact areas ensures comfort while eliminating any excess bulk elsewhere.
Every curve, every dimension, and every material choice has been shaped by rider feedback and refined through real-world testing. The result: a saddle that feels invisible as you ride and provides support when you need it most.
