The Ergon ST Core EVO Men’s saddle, in its Evo version, features exclusive CORE 3D® technology. It combines cycling ergonomics with an elegant design, perfectly suited to the needs of touring and long-distance cyclists. Thanks to its dual-shell construction and ergonomic core, saddle discomfort is no longer an issue for men. On very long rides, pressure is reduced, the back is relieved, every bump and vibration from the road is absorbed, and every pedaling and hip movement is supported.   • Core 3D: CORE 3D®: When you pedal, your weight shifts back and forth and from side to side between your sit bones, causing pressure and discomfort. Ergon CORE 3D® reduces this pressure thanks to the special and unique material properties of its ergonomic core. The saddle adapts to your pelvis with every pedal stroke, resulting in significantly greater comfort.
  • Infinergy Material: BASF’s innovative Infinergy® material sets new standards for suspension and shock absorption on the bike. The saddle’s elastic core follows the natural movements of the pelvis with every pedal stroke, absorbs road shocks, and protects the lower back. When pressure is released, the Ergon Core—composed of thousands of foam particles—instantly returns to its original shape, even under continuous load.
  • Twin Shell Technology: The revolutionary design of the CORE 3D® saddle, featuring “Twin Shell” technology, takes comfort to a whole new level. A conventional saddle has only a single shell. This single shell supports the rider’s weight and must therefore be very rigid. The Ergon ST Core saddle, on the other hand, consists of two shells. Most of the rider’s weight is supported by the lower, stiffer shell. The upper, more flexible shell houses the padding and the seating surface. Between the two shells lies the floating ergonomic Infinergy® core, which isolates the rider from road shocks, dampens vibrations, follows the movements of the pelvis while pedaling, and significantly relieves pressure on the sit bones.
  • Comfortable orthopedic foam padding: This foam provides good support, is soft, but does not sag. In addition to the foam, special gel inserts provide even more comfort in the seating area. With this saddle, it is not absolutely necessary to wear cycling shorts. The saddle is covered with durable microfiber to prevent chafing and ensure its longevity.
